This website was created initially for my friends and family to share their wish lists after we had problems with the current set up.
The problem we were having with wish/gifts lists so far, was that we had to have various ones with different vendors. This also forced people to buy from a particualr vendor.
Giftlists.net allows you to create a wish list with, if you like, links to websites selling the goods.
On joining you will be given a login id and password and a code. You give this web site address and the code to your friends and family.
Friends and family can then view your wish list, mark gifts as tentative and when they have bought the goods mark them as bought.
As the owner of the giftlist you will be able to add/amend gifts. So as not to spoil the surprise you will not be able to see which gifts have been bought.
Privacy Statement
Your email address and the addresses of your friends/family will not be passed on to anyone else.
Amazon tracks any purchases made for 24 hours after clicking on the links on this site provided you don't click through to Amazon from another site and gives me commision based on purchases you make. I use this money to help pay for the costs of operating this site.
